  • Free Shipping when you purchase two or more when located in the United States.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE 

  • We offer worldwide shipping to all countries. Due to the worlds current situation shipping the USA and Europe takes approximately 5-15 business days. Shipments to the rest of the world are between 5-15 business days.

  • You will be able to track your order using the tracking link that will be sent to your email after we processed and shipped out your order.

  • All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.

  • Please bear in mind this is an estimation provided by our carriers.

  • The estimated time does not include the customs processing on international orders.

  • All international packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes

HOW DO I RETURN?

  • All items may be refunded, including sales items which will be refunded for the sale price.
  • Simply email  info@journeyhugger and we will allocate a Returns Authorization.
  • Please do NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We recommend to use a tracked method for safe delivery. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
